One of only 406 LIMITED PRODUCTION 911 SC's produced exclusively in 
1980 for the U.S. market. WHO KNOWS HOW MANY STILL EXSIST? Of these 
LIMITED EDITION COUPES, half were painted a special Pongee Beige 
Metallic(Platinum) and half a Black Metallic.  All interiors had 
full Red Carpets and Doric Gray Leathwr seats with red piping.  They 
were equiped with Fuchs Alloy wheels sporting chrome rims and 
platinum spokes. The Porsche Factory manufactured these unique 
Porsches when the E.P.A. banned the importation of the extremely 
popular 930 Turbo in 1980 and America demanded a substitute from the 
factory in Stuttgart.  (The 930 Turbo was not imported into the 
U.S.A. from 1980 thru 1985 model years due to E.P.A. emission 
concerns.)

This particlar classic is Pongee Beige Metallic and currently has 
less than 50,000 miles.  It was purchased in Hollywood, Ca. where it 
has spent the last 27 years.  There have been two previous owners 
who have given this beauty all the mechanical upgrades over the 
years as well as great new sound system. The collector I bought this 
car from had a number of cars FOR SALE and I choose this one.  I 
even drove it from Hollywood to Nashville.  This WEISSACH is in 
great shape both inside and out.  It will only increase in value as 
this unique antique Porsche becomes more and more rare!
